Total Alkalinity Increaser (100% sodium hydrogen carbonate) in a pure powdered form for faster and thorough dissolving in hot water applications. Proper Total Alkalinity prevents corrosion of the spa or hot tub's equipment and aids in the prevention of etching of the hot tub surface by buffering pH change.
Plus helps control pH level.
Maintain Total Alkalinity between 125 ppm and 150 ppm.
Dosage/Application:
Read & follow all label instructions. Add 1 tablespoon per 100 gallons to increase Total Alkalinity 25 ppm. Broadcast directly into hot tub with the circulation running. Do not use "bubbler" or aeration. Do not pre-dissolve.
